Project Surveyor*Quantity Surveyor – Salary Negotiable
Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:
Responsibilities:
Compilation and maintenance of commercial records
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, take active role in the selection of, measurement of and payment to the subcontractors.
Ensuring the subcontractors and subordinate workers are familiar and comply with the health and safety norms and Environmental plans
Assessment of risks and preventive and protective measures associated with the works
Compilation of earned value* actual cost comparison and cost projection to completion.
Registration, notification and evaluation of early warning procedures and compensation events.
Preparation of monthly payment applications based on actual costs and forecast costs.
Target movements in respect of compensation events and price adjustment provisions.
